Cancellation of a Booking Form

This Form will create an e-mail, for you to send to us, to cancel your booking at the following concert.

Please select the concert, complete the Name boxes, your email address and your contact phone number.

When you click on the 'Submit' button below, this form will send an e-mail to us with a message that includes the information you have given.
The e-mail will not be sent if the 'Required' fields marked * are not filled in.
If you click on the 'Preview' button it will let you check your input and display any errors before you send the email.
You will then need to click the 'Submit' button to send the e-mail cancellation.

 You will also receive an e-mail acknowledgement detailing your cancellation.
